Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

  • Demonstrate Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills, including the ability to lead and foster open communication and collaborative decision-making with the crew.
  • Deliver strong customer service orientation, with the ability to deliver a premium experience to every owner, principal, and guest, both on and off the aircraft.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of, and consistent adherence to, BOND's Operations Manual, FAA regulations, and all applicable checklists and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • ATP Certificate with a current type rating in the Bombardier Global 7500/8000.
  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Unrestricted authorization to operate as flight crew in all required areas of operation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SIC experience in the same aircraft type under Part 91, 91K, or 135 operations.
  • 5+ years of UHNW crew member experience.
  • 2+ years of international operations experience.
