Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking consumers regarding eMobility products and services, including electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related digital platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible within the consumer services environment.
• Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of eMobility hardware and software solutions, providing clear and accessible explanations in fluent German.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, technical cases, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and compliance.
• Proactively identify recurring technical issues and escalate patterns to the relevant internal teams, contributing to continuous service improvement across the consumer services division.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of eMobility products, helping them maximise the value of their purchases and enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical specialists, product teams, and quality assurance colleagues to ensure consumer queries are resolved with accuracy and efficiency.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual performance KPIs including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates in line with consumer services best practice.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate with confidence and clarity in German at all times.
• Valid EU passport or the legal right to reside and work within Greece (mandatory).
• A background in technical support, customer service, or a related consumer services field is strongly preferred; experience in eMobility, automotive technology, or energy sectors is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working with digital support tools, CRM platforms, and remote communication technologies in a fast-paced consumer services setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into simple, customer-friendly language for a diverse German-speaking consumer base.
