Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and chat.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve challenges.
- Follow established procedures and enhance knowledge of product updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1-C2) and very good command of English (B2).
- Technical knowledge and experience in a support role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to navigate CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
