Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, account management, or the energy sector is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
