Your Duties

As a German-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking qualified sales meetings for clients
  • Managing follow-up communication with prospects
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities
  • Meeting outbound activity and appointment-setting targets
  • Building relationships with potential clients through consistent outreach
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure successful handover of qualified leads

Requirements


  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or business development
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently booking qualified sales meetings
  • Excellent cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Native or near-native German language skills
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Resilient with a strong hunter mentality
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience selling complex B2B products or services is an advantage
  • English language Upper Intermediate (B2) or above
