Overview
We are seeking a hands-on operator and emerging General Manager to lead execution, commercialization, and scale for our Legal Ops Intelligence portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and delivery with a clear mandate: Transform a fast-evolving set of AI-enabled legal operations capabilities into scalable, revenue-generating solutions.
This is not a traditional product or program management role. This leader serves as the execution engine for the business, bringing structure, speed, and accountability across workstreams.
The role partners closely with executive leadership, which retains strategy and P&L ownership, while this position drives execution, commercialization, and day-to-day momentum.
This role is ideal for a high-impact operator ready to lead execution at a General Manager level—someone who thrives in ambiguity, aligns teams, and turns strategy into measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of the Legal Ops Intelligence portfolio, translating strategy into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes.
- Drive commercialization, product readiness, delivery, and adoption across the portfolio.
- Turn emerging capabilities into defined offerings, pricing models, and scalable sales and delivery motions.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to sharpen positioning, build pipeline, and improve conversion from pilot to scaled adoption.
- Partner with Product to turn capabilities into client-ready workflows, viable solutions, and repeatable use cases.
- Capture and communicate adoption barriers, enhancement needs, market requirements, and roadmap inputs to refine products and solutions.
- Define how solutions fit into legal, eDiscovery, and managed service workflows, and build repeatable patterns combining AI, services, and workflow orchestration.
- Drive momentum across pricing, rollout, sales enablement, and delivery; remove blockers and enforce follow-through.
- Own the operating cadence, including meetings, agendas, decisions, and execution tracking, and ensure each forum ends with clear owners and next steps.
- Build simple execution tools, ownership models, and prioritized roadmaps that drive clarity and usability.
- Set priorities, focus effort on what drives revenue, adoption, and scale, and deprioritize lower-value work.
- Surface decisions, resolve blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and convert decisions into execution.
- Align Product, engineering, Sales, account, and delivery teams; close gaps and clarify ownership quickly.
- Provide leadership with concise updates on progress, risks, blockers, and decisions needed.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Creates structure and drives execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Knows when to add rigor and when to move fast, using only the process needed to drive outcomes.

- Bridges technical, commercial, and operational perspectives to move work forward.
- Defaults to action, solves problems directly, and holds teams accountable for results.
- Builds practical tools, frameworks, and workflows that support adoption and real-world use.
- Operates effectively with senior stakeholders in high-visibility environments and drives clear decisions and communication.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in commercial transformation, business operations, product commercialization, go-to-market leadership, consulting, program leadership, or legal technology and eDiscovery.
- Has experience working across product, commercial, and operational teams.
