We're looking for an inspiring and commercially astute General Manager to lead our Breast & Skeletal Health business across DACH, Benelux and the Nordic region.

This is one of the most significant leadership opportunities within our international organisation. Spanning direct and distributor-led markets across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, you'll shape the future direction of the business while driving sustainable growth across the region.

What To Expect

Shape the Regional Strategy

• Define and execute a clear vision aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Develop short, medium and long-term growth plans that drive revenue, profitability and market share.
• Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to maximise commercial performance.

Drive Commercial Excellence

• Lead commercial execution across direct and distributor-led markets.
• Improve sales effectiveness through robust forecasting, performance management and data-driven decision making.
• Influence pricing strategies, contract negotiations, tenders and key commercial partnerships.
• Ensure strong operational discipline and consistent execution across the region.

Lead Transformation

• Drive business transformation initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Identify and remove barriers to growth while embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams confidently through periods of change, building alignment and commitment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Build High-Performing Teams

• Inspire, develop and retain exceptional talent across multiple countries and cultures.
• Create a strong leadership pipeline and succession strategy.
• Foster an environment where individuals are empowered to perform at their best and grow their careers.

Strengthen Customer Relationships

• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers, procurement stakeholders, key opinion leaders and strategic customers.
• Ensure customers experience the highest levels of service, support and partnership from Hologic.
• Represent Hologic as a passionate advocate for innovation and women's health.

What We Expect

You are a proven General Manager, Country Leader, Commercial Director or Business Unit Leader with experience leading businesses across multiple European markets.

• Significant leadership experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, Diagnostics or a related healthcare environment.
• Experience managing both direct sales organisations and distributor networks.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, procurement processes and market dynamics across Europe.
• A track record of delivering sustainable growth, market share gains and commercial transformation.
• Experience working within capital equipment and recurring revenue business models.
• Success leading complex commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships and tender processes.

Strong Business Acumen

• Full P&L leadership experience.
• Strong financial, commercial and operational expertise.
• Experience driving pricing optimisation, forecasting accuracy and margin improvement.
• A data-driven approach to decision making and performance management.

Exceptional People Leadership

• The ability to lead diverse teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience developing future leaders and building succession pipelines.
• A coaching leadership style that drives engagement and accountability.
• Confidence leading organisations through change and transformation.

Compensation: €120,000 – €185,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE €180,000 – €277,000 based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets). The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
