Game Producer

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Game Producer/Designer to join our New Games team and work on the creation of new slot titles from concept to live release.

This is a hands-on game creation role combining game design and production. You will take ownership of assigned games, develop concepts and mechanics, prepare clear game documentation, and work closely with math, art, development and QA throughout production.

AS A PART OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL:

• Develop slot game concepts, including themes, core mechanics, bonus features, player flows and overall game experience
• Create and maintain clear Game Design Documents, feature specifications, game flows, asset requirements and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with game mathematicians to define and validate key game parameters such as RTP, volatility, hit frequency, feature frequency and max win
• Collaborate with artists, animators and sound designers to ensure visual and audio execution supports the intended gameplay experience
• Coordinate with developers and QA throughout production, answering design questions, reviewing builds and ensuring features are implemented as intended
• Take ownership of assigned games throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept and documentation through production, QA, certification and release
• Manage game-related tasks, priorities, dependencies and timelines using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Playtest games regularly and provide clear, actionable feedback on mechanics, pacing, presentation and overall player experience
• Research competitor games, market trends, mechanics and visual approaches to support new concepts and roadmap decisions
• Support regulatory and certification requirements together with QA, compliance and other relevant teams
• Review post-launch game performance and player behaviour to identify improvements and contribute insights for future games

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ years of experience in slot game design, game production or a similar iGaming role
• Direct experience working on slot games that have been released to market
• Strong understanding of modern slot mechanics, bonus features and player experience
• Good understanding of slot math principles, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, feature frequency and max win
• Experience creating clear and detailed GDDs, specifications and requirements for development teams
• Ability to work effectively with game math, art, animation, development and QA teams
• Ability to review a game critically and translate feedback into concrete improvements or development tasks
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities or game projects in parallel
• Comfortable taking ownership of decisions within your games and proactively resolving issues during development
• Good understanding of the real-money gaming environment and basic regulatory and certification requirements

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with or strong knowledge of land-based casino and land-based-inspired slot content
• Experience working with multiple regulated markets and jurisdiction-specific game requirements
• Experience analysing post-launch game performance and player data
• Good written and spoken English
