AO Globe Life is hiring a Work-From-Home Benefits Representative to assist clients as they learn about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. You will work with warm leads, conduct virtual needs-based appointments, and provide high-quality support to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule virtual appointments and conduct follow-up communication

• Complete customer-focused needs assessments

• Educate clients about insurance coverage and available benefits

• Help clients understand product options

• Build strong client relationships through clear and timely communication

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
