AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Insurance Solutions Specialist to help individuals and families better understand important insurance protection options. You will work with prospective clients who have requested information, identify their needs, and provide clear education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company

• Schedule virtual client meetings

• Conduct customer-focused needs reviews

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage

• Provide accurate and helpful answers to client questions

• Recommend appropriate products and services based on client needs

• Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships

• Participate in training and performance coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
