Impactful Work – Play a crucial role in helping patients access the therapy services they need.   What You’ll Do: Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations for therapy services. Contact insurance carriers to confirm patient eligibility and benefit details. Accurately document communication and update patient records. Explain coverage information to patients and providers as needed. Ensure proper use of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding when applicable.     Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: ✔ High school diploma or GED required. ✔ Prior experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or authorization preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding. ✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
