About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly motivated Full Cycle Sales Representative to drive outbound sales efforts for its flagship lead conversion and automation solution. This individual will own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation through demos, closing, and client handoff to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, hands on GoHighLevel knowledge, and the ability to confidently engage business owners across the U.S. market. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position as the company expands its sales organization.
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct 100 to 150 outbound calls per day to contractors, franchise operators, and local service based businesses.
- Work through the company provided lead lists while also generating additional prospects independently.
- Identify and qualify opportunities across industries such as HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, pool services, construction, and other home service sectors.
- Support lead generation efforts through research, prospecting, and CRM management.
Sales & Closing
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points.
- Present and sell the company's lead conversion and automation solutions.
- Close qualified prospects during initial conversations whenever possible.
- Guide prospects through the 14 day trial and monthly subscription offering.
Product Demonstrations & Consultations
- Conduct live demonstrations within GoHighLevel to showcase platform capabilities.
- Review marketing audit findings and explain how the solution can improve business performance.
- Answer technical and operational questions related to the platform and service offering.
- Position solutions based on each prospect's goals and challenges.
Pipeline Management & Follow Up
- Execute consistent follow up through phone, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.
- Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel.
- Ensure timely communication and follow up with prospective clients.
Client Transition & Business Growth
- Facilitate a smooth handoff of new clients to the onboarding team.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and automation workflows.
- Identify opportunities within franchise organizations and multi location businesses.
- Contribute ideas that support long term company growth and scalability.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience serving the U.S. market.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demos, follow up, and closing.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Strong CRM experience and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and communicate with business owners and decision makers.
- Comfortable working in a high activity sales environment with ambitious outreach targets.
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, digital marketing services, CRM platforms, or business automation tools.
- Experience working with contractors, franchise organizations, or local service based businesses.
- Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and outbound sales automation.
