We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to join our Registered Recruitment Partner Program and work on exciting hiring opportunities with competitive placement rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial recruiter screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal.
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and the Sadient recruitment team.




Requirements

  • Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and sourcing tools.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest.
