Franchise Recruitment Specialist

Location: Pakistan (preferably Lahore or Karachi but not mandatory)

The Opportunity

This is not a standard recruitment role. You will be employed by Sperton, an international recruitment and consulting company headquartered in Norway, while working exclusively on ERA Group’s international franchise partner expansion. ERA Group is an international business consultancy and franchise network helping companies improve performance, reduce costs and drive growth.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and building relationships with high-quality franchise partner candidates across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, with further markets to follow.

You will own your recruitment pipeline, targets, follow-ups and candidate relationships, directly contributing to ERA Group’s international growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Proactively sourcing and identifying potential ERA franchise partner candidates

• Conducting high-quality outreach and professional conversations

• Building and managing a structured, long-term candidate pipeline

• Running nurture and follow-up campaigns over extended periods

• Acting as a professional recruitment representative towards ERA candidates

• Maintaining full ownership of follow-ups, next steps, and candidate momentum

• Documenting all activity clearly in CRM / recruitment systems

• This role requires discipline, structure, and accountability.

• Working closely with ERA’s Country Manager in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and later on other regions.

What We Expect From You

• Strong experience in recruitment, particularly in executive and franchise recruitment

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• High motivation, engagement, and personal ownership

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt over long decisions cycles.
