Fractional - Executive Assistant (Marketing Experience Preferred) - US Based

We are currently looking for experienced Executive Assistants with Marketing experience to join our growing talent network.

If you have previously supported executives remotely and enjoy working in a flexible, client-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Each engagement is different. Some clients may need help with executive support, while others may also benefit from your marketing background. We'll match you with opportunities that best align with your experience and availability.

Location: Remote (United States)

Commitment: Fractional Engagements (Minimum 10 hours per week)

Availability: Must be able to support clients across U.S. time zones.

Compensation: $18–$22 USD per hour, depending on location, experience and client requirements.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous Executive Assistant experience
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Experience working remotely in freelance, contract or fractional engagements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week
• Comfortable supporting clients across U.S. time zones
