The Role

At Sovos, we're building software that helps thousands of companies navigate the complexities of tax and compliance around the world. As a Forms Content Associate, you'll be a critical part of our Forms Content team, providing strong knowledge technical and sales support for our payroll reporting forms and eFiling software while helping customers solve real-world challenges every day. More specifically, you will:

• Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionally.
• Test form updates developed by other team members to build your strong knowledgeise and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns and solutions for emerging technology challenges.
• Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple departments to keep teams aligned.
• Input technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the customer support portal.
• Improve existing software programs by evaluating objectives, reviewing proposed changes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What You Bring to Sovos

• Foundational computer software knowledge with the ability to learn efficiently and become an strong knowledge on our software and services.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening carefully and documenting client needs accurately.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own workflow with team support and concentrate on complex problem-solving.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology tools (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications).
• Move to a 'Nice to Have' section or rewrite as: 'Client support or service experience is a plus but not required
• Background check required as a condition of employment
