We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Management team based in Budapest Hungary or Kralow Poland. In this role, you will serve as a key contact for our company car drivers and coordinate various fleet-related processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a vehicle fleet of approximately 750 vehicles across Germany and Switzerland.

  • Develop and implement medium- and long-term fleet strategies.

  • Prepare reports and KPIs for management.

  • Act as the central point of contact for leasing companies, service providers, and dealerships.

  • Maintain and further develop the company car policy.

  • Optimize processes throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle.

  • Manage the ordering process for new vehicles.

  • Review and evaluate leasing offers.

  • Monitor and analyze all fleet-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance.

  • Analyze fuel card data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Manage centralized claims and damage administration, including the review and approval of repair estimates.

  • Support drivers with complex fleet-related issues.

  • Ensure transparent and effective communication.

  • Organize and monitor driver’s license compliance checks.

Requirements

  • Preferred - experience in fleet administration, ideally in an international environment.

  • Proven experience in administration and supporting colleagues

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • CV’s must be uploaded in English only

  • German: Advanced level (B1/B2 minimum)

  • English: Business fluent (B2/C1)
