We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Quebec. What You'll Do  

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.  

• Educate individuals, families, and business owners on advanced wealth-building strategies.  

• Conduct virtual and in-person discovery meetings.  

• Design personalized financial strategies tailored to each client's goals.  

• Guide clients through the implementation of insurance and wealth strategies.  

• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and coaching.  

• Leverage Ascendant Financial's proprietary educational systems and marketing resources to grow your practice.  

• Continuously develop your expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship.  

You are someone who is: 

Required 

• Licensed Financial Security Advisor (AMF).  

• A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills in French and English.  

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.  

• Excellent at relationship-building and presentation skills.  

• Comfortable using technology and AI for virtual meetings and client management.  

• An independent thinker while collaborating with a high-performing team.  

Preferred 

• Bilingual (French and English).  

• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, or wealth management.  

• Established professional network within Quebec.  

• Passion for financial education and client empowerment.
