Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced, enterprise PMO environment.
  • This role focuses heavily on managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination experience within a PMO or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience managing project financials (forecasting, accruals, invoicing, reporting)
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Manage and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice coding
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support project performance and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial tracking tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation and communication are consistent across the PMO

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
