In this role, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams to collect, process, and analyze financial data from a variety of sources. You’ll help maintain our financial databases, prepare regular reports, and identify trends that guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from internal systems and external sources
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for management
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and spreadsheets
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend process improvements to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required financial information
• Help automate recurring reporting tasks to increase efficiency
• Ensure all financial data is handled in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Participate in team meetings to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
• Previous internship or coursework in financial analysis is desirable
