Fiestas Los Cabos is looking for a Financial, Compliance & Reporting Vendors to join our vibrant team in Dallas. This full-time remote position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in the Events Services industry.



In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial integrity and compliance for our vendor relationships, contributing to the overall success of our event planning operations. You will work closely with various teams to manage financial reporting and compliance processes, ensuring that our vendors meet all required standards and regulations.



We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $23 - $37, along with a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development in the events sector.



Responsibilities



  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for vendor activities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all vendors

  • Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations

  • Monitor vendor contracts and compliance status

  • Participate in vendor onboarding and training processes

  • Maintain accurate records of vendor financial transactions

  • Provide support in resolving vendor-related financial issues



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or related field is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic understanding of financial principles and reporting
