The Financial Analyst is an exciting new opportunity for a newly created role to have a direct impact on Incognito’s business.  We are looking for an extremely organized, deliverables-oriented individual to manage the Company’s management reporting process and the procurement to pay process. This role will report into the Controller of the Company.

This is a fully remote role, with the candidate working out of their home office in Ontario, Canada. The salary range for this role is $55,000- 70,000 CAD.

Here is what you’ll be doing:

• Accounts Payable: Ownership of the entire procurement to pay process, ensuring supplier, contractors and customers are paid on time
• Accounts Receivable: Assist the SFA in the weekly revenue and AR tasks and reporting
• Ownership of the expense reimbursement process and tools, ensuring timely payments and compliance to approval flows
• Preparation of quarterly product revenue and expenses forecasts
• Preparation of various account reconciliations
• Various ad hoc month end and quarterly end responsibilities
• Assist with special projects for the CFO  

Here is what we’re looking for:

• BA in Finance or Accounting, (working towards CPA an asset)
• Work experience in operational finance--experience in software or telecommunications industry preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite preferred
• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
