Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Crypto Gaming Group

Our client is a fast-growing, crypto-led iGaming group operating online casino, sports betting, affiliate marketing, and digital asset businesses across multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the entire finance function and play a key role in the company's strategic growth.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board.

• Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and statutory obligations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, treasury operations, and capital allocation.

• Lead the Group's crypto treasury activities, including digital asset holdings, wallet infrastructure, crypto payment flows, and fiat conversion processes.

• Ensure robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management procedures.

• Work closely with payments, legal, compliance, and operational teams to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Drive financial process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance team development.

• Support corporate structuring, expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management or C-level roles.

• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operations.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Previous exposure to iGaming, online betting, payments, fintech, crypto, or digital assets is highly desirable.

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders.
