About the role

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who enjoys working with data and financial systems to join our Finance team. This role focuses on building reliable models, maintaining data accuracy, and improving reporting tools that enhance visibility across the organization.

You’ll be hands-on with modeling, automation, and system improvements that keep reporting processes efficient and scalable. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, approaches problems with structure and precision, and takes pride in making complex financial data clear and consistent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data-focused analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and/or financial modeling certifications (e.g., FMVA, CFA Level I, or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with financial systems, data tools, or reporting platforms (e.g., SQL, Planful, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently with large data sets and multiple systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain detailed financial models and data sets to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Work within financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Planful, or BI platforms) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop standardized templates and reporting frameworks to streamline recurring financial processes.
• Assist in preparing regular reporting packages for Finance leadership, focusing on data validation and consistency.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by reconciling data inputs and ensuring alignment with accounting records.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort in data collection and analysis.
• Partner with other members of the Finance team to ensure alignment of financial data across systems and models.
