The Finance Manager will facilitate project vision and strategy while managing cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions. They are responsible for monitoring project execution, managing risks, and providing leadership in project management and change management activities.

Business Acumen: • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the North American landscape and overall environment • Understanding the big picture and how the project will deliver value for the company
What You'll Do:
Create/facilitate the documentation of project vison, purpose, goal and how to get there.
Develop strategy and approach at various levels: program, project, phase, etc.
Organize Projects: project org structure, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence.
Calculate and Manage Risks.
Facilitate creation and approval of Business Case through Portfolio process.
Monitor execution and deliver program/project reporting: status reports and analysis for management on an on-going basis; tracking and resolving issues; escalating issues and managing escalations through established governance.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project scope and plans are adhered to; ensuring proposed changes are aligned with objectives and conducted in accordance with agreed upon project change processes.
Provide leadership and training to teams related to project management, integration, and prioritization activities.
Understand and support the development of a change management strategy and communication material for specific programs changes.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration preferred • Must be willing to travel 15-20% • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, varying roles, process/IT/M&A initiatives • Experience with SAP or other technical rollouts • Project Management Certification required (e.g. PMP) • Change Management Certification preferred (e.g. Prosci, HCI) • Stakeholder management or large-scale transition projects • Mid-size to large organizational change/transitions
