Objective
The role of the Finance Manager is to direct and oversee the Financial Operation of the Cadex Insurance Recovery (“CIR”) division of Cadex. The role will report jointly into the Cadex Global Chief Financial Officer and the EVP/General Manager CIR
Primary job duties:
Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year for key clients.
Collaborate with Accounting Team to ensure alignment between actuals and planned results.
Aide in the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary.
Serve as a trusted finance partner to department heads, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives, headcount planning, and investment decisions.
Drive continuous improvements of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure to drive efficiency and scalability.
Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization and all federal, state, and local regulations; maintain books and records in compliance with GAAP.
Secondary job duties:
Maintain an adequate internal accounting control environment and ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization and all federal, state, and local regulations.
Protect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing sound internal controls.
Provide status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting and reporting key financial data.

Required Education and experience:
4+ years of overall finance and accounting experience including:
Advanced proficiency in excel and financial modeling; strong command of PowerPoint.
4+ years’ experience with financial planning and ERP systems
2+ years reporting & analysis
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience harnessing Power BI, Tableau or a similar business intelligence layers.
MBA preferred
US-VISA required
