Roles & Responsibilities
Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.
Support Administrator for the expense management application.
Support Card Administrator for the corporate credit card program.
Identify, capture, and communicate exceptions to Policy to management.
Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction.
Ensure system audit rules, reminders, and system settings are operating correctly, and employee data is updated accurately and activated.
Work with the General Accounting team on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate
Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite.
Handle integration between Expense Management Platform (Ramp) and NetSuite
Support the preparation of reports and user/ admin training material where required on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process
Candidate Requirements:
Have excellent oral and written communication skills & effective listening skills.
Should be flexible to business needs and uses sound judgment and tact in dealing with workflow and uncertain situations.
Exposure to ERP systems and T&E Workflow solutions like Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, NetSuite is preferred.
