Private Equity-Backed SaaS Company | High Growth | Remote/Hybrid
We're looking for a high-potential finance professional who wants more than a traditional accounting or FP&A role.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious CPA, finance professional, or aspiring finance executive to join a growing private equity-backed SaaS company and gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of finance leadership, including strategic planning, board reporting, operational performance, value creation initiatives, M&A exposure, and executive decision-making.
If you're someone who consistently raises your hand for bigger challenges, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants a path toward senior finance leadership, we want to talk with you.
You won't be confined to spreadsheets and month-end close.
You'll work directly with executive leadership, influence business decisions, contribute to growth initiatives, and develop the skills required to become a future VP Finance or CFO.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build both deep financial expertise and broad business leadership capability.
As an Emerging Finance Leader, you'll serve as a key business partner while helping support and scale the finance function.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and efficiency
Build financial models and operational dashboards to support decision-making
Monitor key SaaS performance indicators and communicate insights to leadership
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, People, and Executive teams
Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
Support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth programs
Help evaluate investments, resource allocation decisions, and business priorities
Assist with board and investor reporting activities
Support value creation initiatives and performance improvement programs
Contribute to acquisition analysis, integration efforts, and special projects as opportunities arise
Gain exposure to the metrics and strategies that drive enterprise value
Help improve finance processes, controls, reporting, and automation
Support financial reporting and management reporting activities
Leverage technology and analytics to create scalable solutions
Participate in cross-functional projects that improve business performance
Within your first few years, you'll become:
A trusted advisor to business leaders

A key contributor to strategic decision-making
A future finance leader capable of leading teams and influencing company direction
A successor candidate for increasingly senior finance leadership roles
3-6 years of progressive experience in:

Related finance disciplines
Proven track record of taking on responsibilities beyond your title
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or business analysis activities

SaaS and recurring revenue business models
ASC 606 revenue recognition
ARR, MRR, NRR, retention, and unit economics
Subscription-based business metrics
Performance reporting and business analytics
You are someone who:
Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment beyond your years of experience

Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Learns quickly and seeks continuous growth
Consistently identifies opportunities for improvement
Wants to build a long-term career in finance leadership
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High-growth SaaS or technology companies
You're the person who is often selected for the toughest projects. You want a seat at the table, not just a role supporting it.

Most importantly, you aspire to become a finance executive and are looking for the opportunity that will help get you there.
