Job Description
Copeland is hiring a Field Service Specialist to support our Retail Solutions products, services, and commissioning services of new installation, retrofit, and existing sites. The Field Services Specialist is required to establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport and communications with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate.
This position is remote with up to 70% travel. The Field Services Specialist can reside anywhere in Canada, with a strong preference for individuals in Eastern Ontario, Quebec, The Maritimes, and British Columbia.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 CAD annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
