Key Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales performance and achieve regional sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic store call cycles and quarterly plans
  • Deliver engaging product education, trainings, virtual sessions, and masterclasses
  • Support new store openings, launches, and promotional events
  • Build strong relationships with Sephora & Ulta leadership and store teams
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a Part-Time Sales Support team
  • Monitor sales performance, provide market insights, and complete regular reporting
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and high in-store standards across all doors

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in beauty retail sales, field sales, or education
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of Sephora & Ulta culture and operations
  • Proven ability to drive sales through relationship-building and education
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and planning abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
