We recruit multilingual talent for international companies across Europe and are continuously interested in connecting with people who can help us reach more candidates and make great hires.

Right now, we are especially interested in recruiters who speak Danish, German or Dutch, as we have a strong demand for candidates within these markets.

As a recruiter, you will be an important part of making that happen.

The role

As a Freelance International Recruiter, you will manage your candidates throughout the recruitment journey – from finding and contacting them to supporting them through the recruitment process and towards their relocation and new job abroad.

Your responsibilities can include:

• Finding and attracting candidates through social media, job platforms, your own network and other creative sourcing channels

• Proactively reaching out to potential candidates

• Screening candidates and understanding their motivation, experience and preferences

• Matching candidates with suitable opportunities

• Presenting positions and relocation opportunities to candidates

• Preparing and supporting candidates through assessments and interviews

• Following up and keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process

• Supporting candidates ahead of their relocation and job start

• Keeping candidate information and recruitment statuses updated

You will have the freedom to develop your own ways of finding candidates while working with the vacancies and recruitment opportunities available through Jobs By Nordics.

Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, we are looking for people who are proactive, independent and good with people.

You should enjoy communicating with new people and be comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for candidates to come to you.

Fluent English is required.

At the moment, we are particularly interested in people who also speak:

• Danish

• German

• Dutch

Previous experience within recruitment or sales is an advantage, but it is not necessarily a requirement. The right personality, motivation and ability to connect with people are equally important.

We believe you could be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable approaching and communicating with new people

• Are proactive and enjoy finding your own ways to reach candidates

• Have a good understanding of social media and online communities

• Are organised and good at following up

• Can work independently and take responsibility for your own results

• Enjoy working with people from different countries and cultures

• Have lived or worked abroad, or have a genuine interest in international opportunities

• Are motivated by a performance-based way of working

The collaboration is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from wherever suits you.

As a freelancer, you decide how you organise your working day and how you approach your candidate sourcing. At the same time, successful recruitment requires consistency, good follow-up and the ability to take ownership of your candidates throughout the process.

Commission-based freelance collaboration

The role is commission-based, meaning your earnings are directly connected to your successful recruitments.

This is a freelance collaboration rather than an employment position. You therefore need to have your own registered company or equivalent business structure that allows you to invoice Jobs By Nordics for your services.

As an independent freelancer, you are responsible for managing and complying with the tax, social security, VAT, insurance and other applicable legal requirements in the country where you operate.
