Role Overview

As an Experienced Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will manage your pipeline independently, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every prospect.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential commercial clients via phone and video conferencing.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospects, effectively communicating the value of Orr & Associate's insurance offerings.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client risks and insurance requirements.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, securing new business for the company.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups.
• Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful producers can expect to earn between $120,000 and $240,000 annually, with uncapped commission opportunities tied directly to your sales performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively over phone, video, and in writing.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and establishing trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational abilities.
