About the Role
As the Expat Technology Enablement Partner, you will serve as the primary business owner for the technology platforms and systems that support H&R Block’s Expat business. - Serve as the primary business owner for Expat technology platforms and systems
- Partner with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs
- Develop and manage the Expat technology enhancement roadmap, including intake, prioritization, internal/external system integrations, and issue resolution
- Gather feedback from clients, tax professionals, support teams, and business partners to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and experiences
- Translate business and user feedback into clear requirements, enhancement requests, and recommended solutions
- Participate in solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives
- Coordinate implementation planning for technology enhancements and process changes
- Support communication, training, documentation, and adoption of new system capabilities
- Represent the Expat business in technology planning, vendor discussions, and system improvement conversations
- Perform day to day trouble shooting and field support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- 5 years minimum related work experience
- Experience managing business requirements, technology enhancements, system improvements, or product related work
- Ability to partner effectively with Information Technology, vendors, and cross functional business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and action plans
- Experience gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, or experiences
- Ability to prioritize work, manage competing needs, and coordinate activities across multiple partners
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to support testing, implementation, documentation, and adoption of new capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and working with tax, financial services, client service, or professional services operations
- Experience supporting technology platforms used by clients, field teams, tax professionals, or operational support teams
- Vendor management or third party system relationship experience
- Experience with user acceptance testing, enhancement roadmaps, or technology release planning
- Familiarity with Expat services, international tax, or specialized tax operations

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$73,400.00 - $110,100.00/Yr.
