Telephonically & personally interviewing the candidates

Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
Taking preliminary interview round
Salary negotiation with successful candidates
Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR information system

Language Requirement: English Language.
Proficient in various PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize while being self-directed
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
