Position Summary
We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our growing team.
As an Executive Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve sales excellence by identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional B2B sales talent.
Operating within a retained executive search model, you will partner closely with Account Managers responsible for client relationships, enabling you to focus on what you do best: building relationships with high-caliber candidates and delivering outstanding search outcomes.
This role is designed for recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment, possess a strong sense of ownership, and are energized by the pursuit of excellence. Compensation & Pay Transparency

Expected first-year total annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $100,000+, consisting of a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance-based incentives. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, results, and overall contribution, with top performers having the opportunity to exceed this range.
