What You'll Lead and Build

  • Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

  • Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and digital records.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and communications.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
