• Monitor and manage inboxes, drafting and responding to correspondence where appropriate.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update HubSpot CRM, ensuring opportunities are followed up promptly.
• Track sales opportunities and remind the executive of key actions and deadlines.
• Manage task lists and priorities using Notion and other productivity tools.
• Coordinate meetings and speaking engagements.
