How you'll make an impact in this role

 

  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
  • Attend meetings, keepsrecords of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Maintain assigned calendar(s).

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives.
  • Expert proficiency in email, calendar, expense processing and travel technology solutions. Experience working in the Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions, tasks, and managing work time efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
