Requirements

Requirements.

  •  Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Experience with Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
