A Day in the Life:

As the Events & Sponsorship Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic direction of the brand’s event and sponsorship marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless alignment with overall marketing objectives, business priorities, and brand philosophy. You will lead the end-to-end development and execution of high-impact marketing events, experiences, and programs that amplify brand visibility, fuel consumer engagement, and strengthen market presence. This role owns the full event lifecycle, from concept creation and strategic planning to execution, partnership activation, performance recaps, and post-event evaluation, while ensuring seamless integration across all brand platforms and touchpoints. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, you will align marketing initiatives with critical sales objectives to accelerate brand awareness, drive business growth, and maximize ROI. You will also spearhead the management of global and regional sponsorship portfolios, identifying and securing strategic partnership opportunities that elevate the brand and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing agency relationships, overseeing local vendors, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and securing internal approvals through FPF (Future Projects Forum) for major events, sponsorships, and new partnership opportunities. Through bold execution, strong relationship management, and a relentless focus on results, you will bring the brand to life in the marketplace and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead event annual planning, aligning with brand strategy and ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met for execution. Staff planning, with appropriate employees, vendors for all on-site event staff with event goals and proper brand representation.
  • Oversee the annual contract process (scope and approvals). Project approvals in internal forums (i.e. FPF) including presentations and budget.
  • Supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery and quick resolution of any operational issues.
  • Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of event assets to ensure availability and brand consistency across activations.
  • Ensure all event elements strictly follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in image, messaging, and experience.
  • Manage budget efficiently and contract negotiation with agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality event execution.
  • Lead the events presentations during internal and specific bottlers meetings
  • Event recaps - photos, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat), sampling overview and provide key takeaways to inform future planning.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or other related fields.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in event production, event, convention planning, marketing.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, Power Point.
