Funciones Principales
Diseñar, configurar e implementar estrategias de decisión personalizadas y en tiempo real basadas en IA.
Gestionar modelos de decisión orientados a "Next Best Action", reglas de priorización y sistemas de recomendación omnicanal.
Integrar datos de múltiples fuentes para la toma de decisiones de cliente 1:1.
Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Negocio, Marketing, CRM y TI.
Realizar pruebas, simulaciones de decisión, validaciones y documentación técnica de la plataforma.
