Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in environmental market solutions.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and pricing strategies to support sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline sales processes.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities.

 

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B markets.
  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn about environmental markets, regulations, and participants.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in English and excellent level proficiency in Polish.
