Who we are
MyEmployment is a consent-based platform for incoming employment verifications. We compete head-on with The Work Number, an Equifax division.
The job, in plain terms
We'll hand you a named list of 200 large employers. Your job is to find the person inside each one who owns incoming employment verifications, get them on the phone, and book a meeting with our founders. That's the whole job.
Every company hides that person somewhere different. Sometimes it's HR Operations, sometimes payroll, sometimes shared services, sometimes procurement. There's no directory for this, and org charts and phone trees only take you partway. The rest is talking to people. You'll call into other departments, ask whoever picks up who handles their employment verifications, collect names, and follow the trail from one conversation to the next like an investigator until you land on the person who owns it. Then you work that account until a meeting is on the calendar.
You won't build lists. We hand you enriched contact data on possible decision makers at every account, mobile numbers and LinkedIn profiles included. You'll run your day out of Zoho with Apollo data already loaded. Your time goes to digging and dialing.
We'll be straight with you: it's hard
These are companies with 5,000 or more employees. Gatekeepers are real. You'll hear no far more than yes. Many of the numbers you'll dial are mobile phones, most of them work-issued. If calling someone's cell makes you flinch, this isn't your job. If it reads as an advantage, no switchboard, no gatekeeper, straight to the person, then we're describing you. Every qualified meeting you book pays you a bonus, the bonus is uncapped, you earn again when the account signs, and the people you're booking for know how to close. If it was easy, everybody would do it.
Requirements
What we're looking for
Proven outbound experience. You've carried a meetings quota before and hit it, and you can tell us exactly how. Industry doesn't matter. Phone courage, persistence, and clean CRM notes matter. If your best skill is finding people who don't want to be found, we should talk.
Verified U.S. Residency is a requirement for this position.
