Who We Need
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our client's growth within the energy and infrastructure sector across the United States.


In this role, you will research and engage enterprise-level energy consumers and large-scale portfolio operators, identifying key decision-makers and generating qualified meetings that support the adoption of next-generation clean energy infrastructure solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify enterprise prospects within the US energy ecosystem, with a focus on large-scale multifamily and commercial property operators with high energy demand
  • Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using online platforms, databases, and business directories
  • Identify key decision-makers and map organizational structures within target accounts
  • Enrich and maintain accurate CRM data to support outbound sales efforts
  • Qualify leads based on energy usage, portfolio size, and alignment with clean energy infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles and outbound strategy
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes, targeting accuracy, and data quality


What You Need:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar outbound B2B research-focused role
  • Strong ability to research, identify, and qualify enterprise-level prospects
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1-level proficiency)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working night shift
  • Experience in B2B outbound prospecting for infrastructure, energy, or enterprise SaaS companies is a strong advantage
