Job Description

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Enterprise Onboarding Engineer is a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for working directly with customers by providing expertise in the Sectigo product portfolio. This individual will assist customers from the proof-of-concept to production stages, will understand their technical needs, and will translate how our platform offerings enhance their business needs and demands.

This individual will manage a set of customer accounts at one time and will serve as the liaison between various internal and external stakeholders at Sectigo. The success factors of this individual are based on seamless experiences with customers during the implementation and onboarding process while navigating the resolution of technical issues as they arise.

This is a full-time individual contributor role, reporting to our Senior Director, Enterprise Onboarding & PKI, based in Australia

The targeted compensation package for this role is between AUD 110,000 and AUD 125,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience.  We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

• Provide production and/or proof-of-concept onboarding services to customers and prospects, assisting with the implementation of the Sectigo product portfolio.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to the Sectigo product portfolio during post-sales engagement with customers.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the entire onboarding process, including regular updates in a ticketing system.
• Demonstrate strong personal organization and management skills by juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and setting expectations both externally and internally.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Actively contribute to building and improving the Onboarding Readiness Program, including internal process improvement initiatives, updating and maintaining the knowledge base and other documentation, and expanding working knowledge of current and future products.
• Actively participate as a key team member to ensure both individual and shared goals are achieved.
• Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Qualifications

Education:

• BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
• MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional is strongly preferred.
• Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Azure/GCP/AWS Certification is strongly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of IT industry experience with a minimum of 1 within a customer implementation environment are required.
• Experience working with various Microsoft software and systems, specifically Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Windows platforms servers and workstation is required.
• Experience working with Linux platforms is required.
• Experience with various webservers & firewall/load balancers software/platforms is required.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL, X509 is strongly recommended.
• Network infrastructure experience is strongly recommended.
• Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is strongly recommended.
• Experience with eCommerce, CDN, DNS, WAF or Web Hosting is strongly recommended.
• Experience with scripting in various languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) against REST APIs is strongly recommended.
• Proficiency in English is required.

• Exhibit solid multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Be a self-starter with a can-do/will-do attitude, a quick learner, a willingness to work as part of a team, and a desire to continually learn new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is considered an asset.
