Enterprise Digital Assets & Web3 Business Development Lead

Position Overview:

The Enterprise Digital Assets & Web3 Business Development Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and scaling enterprise software partnerships and driving direct enterprise business development that expand adoption of Arculus authentication solutions across institutional crypto ecosystems.

This role focuses on exchanges, custodians, institutional wallet platforms, and crypto infrastructure providers. This is not a consumer crypto role. The role combines alliance management with direct enterprise business development, sourcing and closing new institutional accounts alongside partner-led growth.

The role owns institutional alliance strategy end‑to‑end and is accountable for ensuring partnerships progress from integration to production to scaled deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the institutional crypto alliances strategy
• Drive direct enterprise business development into institutional crypto and digital asset markets, complementing alliance-led growth
• Build and manage senior‑level partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and crypto infrastructure providers
• Lead enterprise business development and software alliance engagements, including technical integrations and go‑to‑market motions Establish and operationalize a repeatable proof‑of‑concept to production framework
• Position Arculus as a trusted enterprise authentication platform within institutional crypto markets
• Own enterprise business development and partner-sourced pipeline, driving revenue outcomes across both channels

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or enterprise business development
• Direct experience in enterprise business development and building alliances for enterprise software companies
• Proven track record selling enterprise software into institutional crypto markets
• Experience scaling partnerships from pilot to production
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, negotiate, and close enterprise-level deals

• Embedded integrations in partner platforms
• Material partner-sourced and directly-sourced enterprise revenue
