Position Summary

The Enrollment Advisor is a vital member of the Admissions Department and the first point of contact for prospective families at the Williamsburg Family of Schools. Successful Enrollment Advisors use a unique set of sales, communication, writing, and organizational skills to help families determine if our program is the right fit and start the school year on a high note.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective families, explain the benefits of our program, answer questions, and guide families through enrollment options
  • Assist families with course selection, provide onboarding resources, and address pre-semester questions to ensure a strong start
  • Maintain accurate records of family interactions in HubSpot, including follow-ups, task management, and performance tracking
  • Stay informed on Williamsburg curriculum, policies, and updates to provide accurate and insightful guidance
  • Document new information and procedures in the team knowledge base to support team alignment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share family feedback, and recommend process improvements to enhance the enrollment experience
  • Stay flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities while contributing to enrollment goals

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own consult schedule
  • Prior work experience in the admissions department for a K-12 school or post-secondary institution
  • Associate of Arts degree or higher education
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar sales management software


Physical and Mental Requirements / Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Remote work environment
  • Any other requirements for the position
