The Program Assistant supports instructional and operational needs by grading assignments, assisting during live classes, and maintaining course materials. They also provide student support, manage accommodations, and collaborate with mentors to ensure program quality.

Mentors deliver engaging, live online instruction to middle and high school students, focusing on developing critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills through structured virtual classrooms. Key duties include implementing The Williamsburg Curriculum, providing timely feedback, monitoring student progress, and maintaining clear communication with students and families.
