Engagement Team Representative (Remote)

Compensation: Base Salary: $41,600 base annual salary + Uncapped Commission

Position Overview

DirectMeds is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engagement Team Representatives to support our growing telesales and patient engagement operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting current patients to assist in any capacity while being a knowledge base for our additional product options. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and message current patients to engage about patient success
• Guide patients with knowledge about our product add-on options
• Accurately log all interactions in CRM
• Navigate dialer systems (e.g., Five9) to manage outbound communication
• Maintain daily and weekly quotas for product add-ons
• Ensure all required documentation and notes are completed for each interaction
• Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM, dialer, patient portals)
• Basic technical proficiency (managing systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to meet performance and productivity targets

Technical Requirements

• Reliable computer (desktop or laptop)
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• USB or Bluetooth headset with microphone suitable for call handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call center environments
• Experience using CRM systems and dialers (Five9, Zoho, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
