Electronic Data Exchange Analyst

Daily Duties:

A day in the life will consist of processing through the flow tool where assignments will be listed to work through Outlook and Excel. This individual will work tasks through the tool which will consist of testing files. testing through the system, and communicating back to the vendor until testing is complete. Will also audit all data to assure it is processing correctly.

This role will also talk to vendors regarding the changes to their data needed - mostly through email. This role is audit with a customer service element included so candidates must be comfortable working directly with vendors on process changes.

This team supports new business cases and are auditing and testing new member data including member plans, demographics, etc., to assure it runs downstream correctly. This team works cases until they are good.

Implements new file feeds by creating SFTP’s, customized specifications, implementation plans, and feed testing responses post notice receipt of new feed for various sized policyholders. Processes ongoing feeds to find and correct data issues, including eligibility and contract rules. Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques and ability to escalate issues as needed after data interpretation. Driven to learn more about business analysis, processes and systems to help develop skill set and set up quality feeds for end users.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with repetitive work in data management - 1+ years

Audit experience - 2+ years

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
